Casablanca Valley
The Pinot Noir is an elegant wine, with appetizing aromas of raspberry and red cherry, a hint of
nutmeg and toasted oak. The palate is intense, generous and juicy with red fruits, a suspicion of
violets followed by a long and silky finish. Serve at room temperature (between 16 and 18 °)
Colchagua Valley
A Cabernet Sauvignon serious, dark and inky, with aromas of blackcurrant and plum topped with tobacco
and sandalwood. The palate dense dense, filled with blackcurrant, dark chocolate and a whisper of wood
smoke. A firm structure. Serve at room temperature.
Colchagua Valley
This wine is complex, generous, aromatic and fruity with an intense colour of ruby red. Aromas
of cherries, liquorice, plum and red peppers. To serve at room temperature between 16 and 18°C.
The Chilean sunny climate is ideal for this ancient grape variety native to Bordeaux.
Casablanca valley
This lively chardonnay has a pale golden colour, inviting the discovery of fine and intense aromas of zest of lemon, white peach and hints of orangeflowers. In the mouth, creamy fruits, supported by a complex minerality, a lively acidity and subtle notes of pineapple and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering. Serve chilled (between 8 and 10°c)
In addition to the productions from his own vineyards, Julian Grubb selects grapes from differents popular Chilean regions and thus offers a custom made geographical diversity for each grape variety. Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot are also available.
